My name’s Megan. I’m a recent college graduate who ran the 400 meter dash, edits other people’s writing for fun, and wishes cheese had no calories. I hate having down time, so instead of basking in the glory of second semester senior year, I decided to start this food blog.
I’m not a chef, I don’t have a dishwasher, and I open the oven door way too often. That being said, I love eating well and am determined to find a cheap, quick, and easy way to do it.
Not all of my creations may come out perfect, but that’s what happens when you’re cooking on empty.
